Freelancers - what is the most difficult part of your job?

Let me start: it's managing my business finances. And I've been freelancing for 17 years!
Thankfully the tools we have for us freelancers have improved over the years. I currently use FreeAgent to manage my accounts and I'm in the process of transitioning most of the operational parts of the business to Notion.
What's the hardest part of your freelancing right now, and what tools are you using to manage that?

Managing personal time. Sometimes it looks like freelancers can have a lot of free time, but this is not true. As you don’t have a stable income, you have to take projects and this can ruin your personal life.

That's why I'm building a platform that's intended to guarantee work by allowing multiple freelancers to work on posted projects, on a first come first serve basis.
Money is split down the middle, and currently only 2 freelancers max can join a project.
The audience will specifically be UI/UX designers for the launch. I'm expecting to have it done by the end of this month at the latest :)

In my experience, the most difficult part about being a freelancer is client, money, competition, branding, time management, etc.

Hustling 24/7 for new gigs.
Inconsistent work and cash flow.
Juggling multiple clients."
