With every "good" idea I have had the biggest struggle for me is getting clients. All tips appreciated as we prepare to launch here!

Welcome to PH Bri. Getting your first client is super critical. The journey to 1000 clients begins with the first one.
I've compiled a checklist for PH launch as a Twitter post. I can't link to it directly but you can find the Twitter link from my PH profile https://www.producthunt.com/@jgani
Good luck with the upcoming launch

To be honest - it’s tough! You need to have the right solutions to their pains point and the right time - only 3% of your target audience will be ready to buy, sorting out you ICP and positioning (read April Dunsford on this)is key, and then pick 2 ‘traction channels’ e.g. YouTube and events, that work for your product is vital. We use events and LinkedIn because we have tested other options and these were best for us, yours might be different, hope this helps Bri, cheer, Mike - please follow for our launch in 2 weeks
@michael_gammon I are spot on! Actually I am trying all the channels possible to see where my target audience could click. All the best for your launch!

@michael_gammon this is actually good to know, that I may not even have peopel "ready" to buy just yet. I don't have a large community or following at all yet. So, that could possibly be my starting point.

@jonathantahiry oh good advice to try them all! It's all a little overwhelming but I am sure I'll find my place!
It doesn't matter I would start now with the community - ask loads of questions, get a feel for where there's a potential opportunity
