Two months ago, I launched a free weekly newsletter tailored for developers. We hit a 1000 subscribers in under a month.
Ask me anything about newsletter platforms, distribution strategies, or collaborating with authors.

Why is substack preferred as a newsletter platform? Also, the name of the newsletter?

@nikhil_k3 Substack differentiates itself with a host of unique features. Its main advantage is newsletter discovery. Authors can easily recommend other Substack newsletters in their app. This removes the need for reaching out and asking for collaborations.
Plus, they've made it simple to start referral programs.
Features like Substack chat let authors connect directly, and Substack notes offer a glimpse into the more informal side of writers.

@sam_ternell Hey Sam.
We curate 50 high-quality developer jobs from top VC-backed startups every week.
These jobs all pass quality filters like 4+ Glassdoor ratings, top quartile team size growth and being listed in the past 7 days. They're further distributed evenly over job roles, locations and experience levels.
The newsletter also include curated, career-focused resources that we think you ought to read this week - best practices & trends on engineering jobs, original data & research, and interviews with senior devs/ start-up leaders.
Hope that answers your question :)
Would love to see the strategic and tactical processes you used in a high-level step-by-step outline if you wouldn't mind sharing.
Those results are definitely out of this world. Great job!
