I agree that this is a lie. But at the same time, the degree brings a lot of benefits and is unlikely to hinder anyone. You simply upgrade your abilities and improve your horizons with it.

oh so true! still so many people think a degree will make them successful. Degree's still holds value and credibility but having a degree does not mean your career is set on stone.
