Hosting company alternative to NameCheap Hosting ?

Namecheap legal team always closes my website every month for many days because I face ( DDOS attack ) 1 time per month. Even I was added Cloudflare ( Under attack mode ) but it always wait until the DDOS attack stop to reopen my website again. Currently I was using ( Stellar Business Plan ) and Now they forced me to remove my website and give me time to remove it. Any advice for Alternative good hosting with Anti DDOS attack Plan and ( Cpanel ) ?
