How are you planning to grow your user base and market your product?

I would be interested in an open, honest, long-form answer on this (with success or lack thereof at present time!). Does anyone have a good reference to one? I am planning to write one for the work I've done so far on my SaaS - and the future plans I have for marketing it. I'll announce it on here once I've written it. Medium states that most of my articles take 20+ mins to read and this will be a long one lol.

With lots of cold out reach, social media promoting and marketing. I am currently doing cold out reach to people. Also asking some for feedback and conducting user interviews to perfect my business model.
