Let's break down the process into 3 different parts. Step 1. Find who is going to use your product Step 2. How to grab their attention. Step 3. How to make them test your product. Step 1. Find who is going to use your product - Your product will solve many particular problems a person is facing in his life. - Now, find a group of people with the same problem. - The larger the group, the more money your product will make. - This is going to be your "Target Audience." Step 2. How to grab their attention. - Most business fails because they create a brand message about themselves. - People only care about themselves and do things that help them survive. - The more accessible a person understands how your product will help them survive, the faster they choose your products. - Use our branding framework that we are going to launch next month ---- Create a brand message so good that strangers what's to buy your product ---- 1. Find Your Target Audience (the audience you found in Step 1) 2. Find their main problem - A problem is divided into 2 - External Problem: Problem they are facing in their lives - Internal Problem: A emotional response to their external problem 3. Introduce your solution 4. Share the functional aspect of your product (how your product will solve their problem) 5. a 3-step process to use your product (e.g., schedule call -> sign up -> our product will do the rest) 6. Best Case Scenario ( How their life will change after using your product) 7. Pinch of Worst Case Scenario ( How will their life will become if they don't use your product) 8. A CTA ( what should they do next, like schedule a call with you) Step 3: Give them a taste of your solution - Every problem has a solution, and every solution comes with a problem - E.g., if you want to buy a house, you need to know how to check the valuation of a home, how to find a good neighborhood - Similarly, there will be some narrow problems in your case - Find them, and solve them for free. Ensure that the value you put into your free stuff is more significant than others paid. - E.g., if you are a web development agency, do a website audit for free, and give a details plan on what to do next. - Your free stuff should pave the way for a bigger problem that is going to be solved by only using your solution - Now give a free trial or limited use of your product.
