How can Product Hunt be used to validate your product concept?

I think it's a decent idea to have (some degree) of validation before going live on PH.

I'd say you should simply create a landing page and have people sign up to access your beta version, even if it does not exist. There you can test whether the value proposition of your product is valid and there is some product market fit, at least on the "perceived" solution.

Good question, and I don't know the answer yet, I'm trying it out. Can you give me your opinion on Wingtap? We're launching soon, so I'm curious to know, so far people have been pretty excited, which makes me happy! same for you @gabriele_mazzola :)
