How did you approach a second launch on Product Hunt differently from your first?

When we launched Morgen last August we spent intensive weeks getting ready for the launch. It was awesome and such a fantastic experience. But looking to an upcoming launch, I feel like that would overkill to do that again. What did you change with your second (or third or fourth...) launches?
