persistence! with relevant contacts in our network, whenever we saw them we would regularly mention the idea of them trying out our product until one of them decided it was a good idea to check it out
Have also found that building out something that's useful to a potential customer and sharing it with them via video has a positive response

@madeleine_nichols thanks for sharing, when you say "whenever we saw them", you mean you met them physically at some event? I guess a large part of the problem is just getting the attention from enterprise customers.
Also, I love the idea about sharing a video as it is very low effort of the customers to check whether it makes sense to even initiate the conversation.
@docusenseio yes, whenever we saw them at different events (sometimes making an extra effort if we knew they would be there 🙈) and then organising catch-ups with them
I can't recommend video enough! if it's short and snappy, then way easier to take a look at than a deck/one-pager. Been really enjoying using Loom for quick videos - great free plan
