How do i volunteer as a data analyst in a startup

Hi everyone. I have graduated this year with an year of internship. I'm into python,SQL,PowerBI,Excel, with some exposure to ML and vector databases(pinecone and chroma). Looking forward to volunteer as a data analyst to gain experience in a starup. If someone wish to get me compensated, even 10$ a day is good in my 3rd world country. But at the end, i want to gain experience by doing lot of tasks for the startup.
