How do you as founder, marketer or creator maintain work life balance?

IMO - you have to sacrifice your work-life balance for at least 3 years to make any business work.

Have daily, weekly, goals. Set a deadline for medium term. And reassess. Also always make time for the gym and your friends and family. I set Sundays solely with that purpose.

Striking a healthy (mentally/physically) lifestyle is important for both the founder and the team. But a balance doesn't mean a 50-50 split between work and life. So you need to understand what's really important on the personal front and draw the boundaries accordingly. I'm still getting there but I've seen a few successful founders do it well. :)
No way for a new startup. This balance exists only in the lectures of business trainers.
The founder’s target is to build a management system in the company in 1-3 years, and then a balance will appear.

What work-life balance? 😜
I don't have much balance but I try to get some sun everyday by eating dinner outside, and walk for an hour a day. My food is also usually pretty healthy and home-cooked. Cooking is my meditative break, and I enjoy it greatly. I also strum my guitar during breaks and on some nights get in some mindless shows on Netflix.
Currently I'm trying to rewind my sleep clock by sleeping 15-20 minutes earlier per day. I usually get to sleep by 9 am (I know, terrible), but my goal is midnight.
When your work is life there no balance needed. 😌
There’s beautiful harmony without forced separation between work and life.
As a marketer, I see my work as more than just a job; it's a natural part of my life. To me, marketing is all about connecting with people on a deeper level. Sometimes, I even feel a bit like Patrick Jane from the TV series 'The Mentalist.' My role involves understanding human psychology, and knowing how to connect with the target audience and meet their needs. When I approach it this way, work-life balance becomes easier to manage. Cheers to finding that sweet spot between work and life! 🌟

I've established a very strict daily routine where I devote time every day to hobbies such as sports and learning a foreign language. At first, I thought it would slow me down. But then it turned out that it made my decisions better, and we end up moving faster on a monthly scale. It's a paradox, but it worked for me.
