Regular breaks, controlled breathing and meditation, clear targets per day in order not to over extend, balance between work and family/social life.
It is easier said than done however!
It's important to set boundaries between your work life and your personal life. This means resisting the urge to check work emails or messages outside of work hours, and saying no to extra work when you're already feeling overwhelmed.

Set realistic boundaries.
By enjoying little things, and celebrating small wins and steps in the right direction 🙌🏼
Take care of yourself physically. This means eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly.
Delegate and prioritize. Don't be afraid to delegate tasks to others, and focus on the most important things first.
