Partner with local artists. Attend local arts events such as gallery openings, exhibitions, or artist talks to meet local artists and learn more about their work. This will give you an opportunity to network with artists, discuss potential collaborations, and identify those with strong local networks or social media followings. You can also partner with local arts organizations such as museums, galleries, or arts councils to identify artists who have a strong following or network. Collaborating with a startup can provide local arts organizations with additional funding and resources. Startups may be able to offer financial support, in-kind services, or access to resources such as marketing or design expertise, which can be valuable assets for arts organizations with limited budgets. Win-win situation for both the parties.

Partnering with influencers can be an effective way to generate buzz and build excitement for your product launch. Also, Creating a community beforehand is crucial for a successful launch. I have created a platform like this that enables you to build your audience from the ground up. Although it is in its early stages, I suggest taking a look to see how it can benefit you for your further releases. (HellooTeams.com).

Build a story. Focus on one specific critical problem. Show how your solution is the best to solve it. Make sure you teasing people all around. The name of your product needs to evoke something the moment you launch. Announce that you're going after your product hunt for a specific reason.

@othmane_khadri Really like this response. What's your fav way to build a story? The founder journey, the customer problem, or something else?

@between_team The transformation journey. State 1: Current situation of the IC State 2: Desired state after using the product. I've been writing about those a lot on LinkedIn, you may want to push this discussion further there :).

Leverage influencers and early adopters by offering exclusive access and incentivizing them to share their experiences to create a sense of FOMO.

it's important to focus on creating a strong brand identity, crafting a compelling narrative around your product, generating anticipation through teasers and sneak peeks, and encouraging early adopters to share their experiences and feedback with their own networks.

@cathgriffin55 Totally agree. It's easy to forget to engage your early adopters in your launch while trying to generate new users/followers. But turning your early adopters into launch advocates is the most ROI thing you'll do. Because it develops trust among new users and builds loyalty of early users.

I think building a community around your product before your launch is key. That way, you are already close with users that use your product and can really drive your launch to the top!
