What challenges do you face? What tools do you use and how does your sales/marketing team qualify these leads - do you track their website behavior?

Customers move through stages of awareness. From no awareness to most aware. You can guide them through this journey by providing them with "the right and helpful" content at each stage of awareness. At that point, they would have a lot of trust for you and you would be their natural option to buy from.

@vas17 Thanks for your insights - what tools do you use for tracking all this?

@msnkarthik uhm, no tools per se to track the end to end because it's multiple touchpoints like emails, ads, blog, web page, case study etc. But there are some tools to track what your website visitors are doing on your website like hotjar for example. It also comes to down to what metric exactly you want to measure

We mainly use Clearbit Reveal to identify high-intent leads based on visitor IP and firmographic data. For prioritization, we look at behavioral signals like multiple visits, time on site, key pages viewed. The challenge is connecting anonymous visitors to actual companies/people. Would love to hear what others are doing to tackle this!

We use HubSpot to track website behavior of leads and score them based on actions like viewing pricing pages, signing up for a demo, etc. Our sales team focuses on leads that hit a certain score threshold. Works pretty well but sometimes misses leads that convert on the first touch. Would love to hear other approaches!
