For me, sports help out de-stress. Also, trying to really disconnect from screens for a day (especially my laptop) is important when you're feeling down.

Do your favorite things! It helps to burn your stress. Be it sports, music, sleeping, spending time with friends and family, anything.
    1) Take needed breaks. 3) Watch, listen, and read anything that helps. It could be anything ranging from fiction to self-help and whatnot.

I advise you every weekend to go to nature with your family and enjoy the moment.
I had the opportunity to work from the beach this summer, so I took full advantage of it. It helped me keep the work life balance a lot

Crack open a beer and binge on Netflix. Sometimes dive into a side project for a change of scenery, coding as zen, you know?

Pilates definitely helped me a lot - anything that requires you to move your body is the best way to destress! Even taking a walk is enough

Since I work in front of my laptop I try to spend weekends as actively as possible and not to consume much information (some kind of digital detox)
Spending time with my pups and husband, watch a movie, and eat a lot of carbs. :P

For me its having a solitary weekend, with all notifications off. Strolls and beloved media are also a nice way to recharge.

I completely get where you're coming from. Dealing with stress as a founder and with your team can be seriously tough. It's crucial to find effective ways to manage it and avoid burnout. Personally, I've discovered a pretty unique way to de-stress that might resonate with you.I stumbled upon Japanese ASMR, and it's been a game-changer for me. Instead of zoning out to the usual stuff, I found these incredible ASMR channels online. They create such a personalized and calming experience that it feels like they're talking directly to you.
