As a founder, how do you deal with burnout? how do you get that motivation stay consistent in your head?

Hey dude,
There are several good reasons, (I'll add them when I get the time to articulate them), but this is one that's served me well over the years.
You only feel burnout when what you’ve ultimately ended up with as a result of the sum total of all your efforts has fallen short in one or many ways, and at the end of the day, what you’re left with has not exceeded your expectations.

Here we go... A few more to chew on.
What your working on is not truly aligned with your values.
You perceive that your work benefits someone else more than it does yourself.
You believe what you're doing is taking you away from doing the kind of work that truly blows your hair back.
You’re doing work that belongs to someone else's values.
You’re externally motivated to do the work rather than internally inspired.
You’ll never be tired or overworked when you’re doing what you love and loving what you do.
So, burnout is simply a feedback mechanism gifted to us by our mind to help us work out what we like to do and what we'd like to do less.

First and foremost by recognizing that you are burned out and acknowledging that it is okay that you need some time.
I think it's key to reframe this problem into a day-to-day context so it doesn't become overwhelming or overcomplicated. I make sure to take mini breaks every 90-120 mins, drinking enough water, going for a walk first thing in the morning, getting direct sunlight, and exercising for at least 30 mins to wind down at the end the day. It's all about the small wins :)
With consistency over time, these add up to give you longevity in your work flow.
