How do you deal with massive emails everyday?

Hi guys! Everyday, I receive too many emails in both personal and work mailboxes. I spend so much time reading, replying, and unsubscribing things. I think you may have the same problem. Is there any good tool to help me sort out emails and give me a brief of them so I can save some time?
