How do you discover new products that interest you?

- Recommendations from friends and family: Word-of-mouth recommendations from people you trust can be an excellent way to discover new products that may interest you. Ask your friends and family members about products they've recently purchased or used, and see if any of them catch your interest. - Social media: Social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest can be great for discovering new products that align with your interests. Follow brands and influencers in your niche, and use hashtags to find products that match your interests. - Online reviews: Websites like Amazon, Yelp, and TripAdvisor can be useful for discovering new products and services. Look for products with high ratings and positive reviews, and read through reviews from other customers to see if the product might be a good fit for you.

I follow though leaders on LinkedIn/Twitter for each industry I have a deep interest in. Doing this helps me stay updated every day on what new tools are coming. It's a great way to 'outsource' research time. You can also subscribe to newsletters.

There are various ways you can discover new products of your interest. Surfing the internet is quite common for that. You can do online research and read the reviews of that product to identify its legitimacy. Ask your friends if they have used the same product before.

Mostly via Twitter and Reddit - follow people in a similar domain on Twitter, or follow some folks who share products regularly, and go via subreddits for things I'm interested in

Product hunt, influencers, and word of mouth are great ways to discover cool new stuff. Keep an eye out and stay ahead of the curve!

By following people with the same interest, you see that the products they promote, are your fave as well

The first thing I want to say is recommendations from YouTube or from friends, or even colleagues. Because they share their experience and you can judge by this whether they spend their time on the program or not

I thought google is out of game, but now i find Google's discovers recommendations awesome.

I'd say recommendations are the biggest. I speak with people I trust in the field and usually they are very much on the edge of what is happening. If not, product hunt is a good place ;P

I look for painkillers and ignore the sweeteners. Unfortunately 99% of the products on product hunt are sweeteners. I don't get it 😬

Recommendations from friends and checking the Product Hunt homepage are the ways that I discover new products. A good tagline is also helpful for me to decide what to click.

Generally speaking, I am more attracted by productivity tools, builder helpers and products with attractive logos. I'll check their home page to see the details and decide whether to try it or not.

I mostly discover while searching for specific products on search engines. And then I see their reviews and recommendations all over the internet :-)
