How do you ensure that your designs are accessible and inclusive?

You can never "ensure" a design's anything, really. Its just how it is, people's tastes and trends, can all change. I'd say just wisely adapt--be it from feedback or whatnot :)

Use clear and concise language. Avoid jargon and technical terms that may not be understood by everyone.
