This week is launch week for Collato, which means a lot of pressure on the team. How do you keep yourself grounded and your mind clear during busy work periods?

Squeezing in some sports activity even in a busy day (HIIT or some sort) πŸƒπŸ»β€β™‚οΈβ›ΉπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ, nutritious food πŸ₯—πŸ²& some space for hobbies (dancing πŸ’ƒπŸ»πŸ•ΊπŸ»), espresso machine and latte art failures πŸ™ƒ

@kartal_erkoc1 Being active is so helpful! Especially in the middle of the day, just to get some air and stretch your legs. Also--your latte art is definitely not a failure!

    1. Limited coffee 2. Sharper time boxing with lesser windows for distraction. 3. Go top-heavy by setting major deadlines as close to the start of the week as possible. 4. Carve out times to recuperate and cope with stress each day. 5. Journalling to clear the mess in my head and reduce it to a piece of paper. What would you recommend, @catherine_norris ?

@ayesha_getmoda Switching to decaf definitely makes a difference in stress levels! Thanks for your thoughtful response 😊

@ayesha_getmoda For me, I wake up earlier to have extra time in the morning to get in the right headspace. Then I end the day with yoga and meditation to switch off and get some quality rest πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

Limit coffee to just the morning times to reduce unnecessary stress! And plan fun and restful after-work activities--like baking or reading 😌

Planning ahead of time helps a lot. Reduces last minute stress and anxiety as I already know what's next.

@edworking Definitely! Even small things like packing lunch the night before-- one less thing to think about!
