I invest in communities - and more recently with a mastermind. Other people help me along with my challenges and I find their help and support invaluable.

I usually go through my stack of music and YouTube videos that help me get a reminder of what I want to do and achieve with my work.
I see this as a problem with many "tools in a toolbox." Something I apply to all of my patients & clients
I apply the tool that is most appropriate and least amount of friction based on my current mood
For example, if I'm sluggish - although great, exercising will not sound appealing. Instead, I switch to another tool - mindfulness breathing & use a guided affirmation-based visualization which helps me.

If I know that what I’m procrastinating is important and that it is definitely worth completing, I just remind myself that the first 5 minutes of work is always the hardest part. Then once you’ve gotten going, you’ll usually get in the zone quickly and it won’t feel like work.
However, the hardest situation is when you have multiple tasks on your list and your lack of motivation lies in being undecided on which of these tasks is most valuable to you or worthwhile. I must admit this is one of the biggest challenges for me.

I guess sometimes we have to get real and admit that we don't. Sometimes you don't get motivated. Sometimes you are tired, things are a little slow and you can't seem to find that motivation.
There are tons of things that can help boost your energy and focus and it all revolves around creating healthy habits, but sometimes we just have to get up and do it, even if we don't feel like it. So, these days, when I really lack motivation I like to meditate or do some exercise and stop to plann and make sure that I am doing at least a little every single day.
