Just laze around and procrastinate to pass the day.

I try to prioritize and finish the most important tasks first, then tie up any loose ends
@raju_sivarama_gadiraju Yeah, Prioritizing important tasks really helps to stay organized. I try to follow this too.
The worst way — I had scheduled the PH launch on Friday.
To make sure I got a lot of workload on that day!
Just maintain a clear distinction between personal and professional spheres.
If I have work on friday I take small breaks to prevent from burnout
I find it helpful to set a rule for myself: no work after 3 PM on Fridays. This allows me to finish my tasks efficiently and have a full, enjoyable weekends.

I try not to start new projects on Friday. Instead, I finish up what I’ve been working on and leave any new stuff for next week.
@da_vid_grunwald this Fantastic but will be more Great when you utilize a product-Virxpert!

I think the workload on Fridays is lighter compared to other days, so I can handle it more easily.
We use Friday afternoons for a final review of our tasks and projects.

What I feel is if you have Friday workload, there is inefficiency in either of the following:
- Task management: I decide on Monday, what to achieve this week. Unless something urgent and unplanned comes up (which I already account for, but if it takes more time) then it's okay to push some work to next week.
- Task allocation: Yes, I want to do and achieve everything, but I have to remember that I'm a mere mortal and that I have a life too. So, pick what can be achieved by staying right on the edge of comfort and burnout. It helps me go crazy on the weekend as well!
And if the workload decides to show up on Friday, I make sure to complete as much as I can if not do it.
Let me know your thoughts!

By managing your Monday's to Thursday's, prioritizing accordingly; you've got less baggage when Friday vibes calls you.
I delegrate my tasks whenever possible
I usually keep the workload minimum for myself and my team, as we only try to complete the deadlines and projects we started on Monday and we do not work on new projects or tasks on Friday.
I'm the kind of person who'd work with new stuff over the weekend, but yeah you could plan the entire week ahead and make sure you get that weekend for yourself by setting strong deadlines!
Complete everything on Thursday and enjoy Fridays off! :)
Set strict deadlines to ensure everything is finished by the end of the day.
To handle my Friday workload, I use time-blocking. I dedicate specific hours to focused work and then take short breaks to stay fresh.
I find that Fridays are often chaotic, no matter how organized I try to be. I think I need to work on better planning throughout the week to avoid that last-minute rush. Anyone else struggle with this too?
