    Mainly by actually talking to people and possible personas, rather than just analysing and making hypothetical personas. When you talk to enough people about your product, you will know which target will be your ideal as a starting point. So I would say go share your product, gather opinions but make it worthwile not just asking do you like it, but rather tell me 3 reasons why you like it and 3 things that you don't like.

    By talking to various personas and figuring out who has a biggest pain point. Also asking them who according to them would have biggest challanges in the space. People like giving advice. You can also set up a campaign on a landing page triggering to join waitlist or buy a solution tracking user profile (role & industry).
