    I don't know you, but since I've decided to wake up at 5am everyday , I've been able to improve my productivity, here's some points about what happened to me: - Waking up early gave me a head start on the day, allowing me to plan my tasks and schedule ahead of time. This can help increase your productivity throughout the day as you have more time to accomplish your goals. - But! I don't jump from bed straight to work, I spend the first half-hour actually preparing my mental state : I meditate , and this has been amazing to reduce stress and anxiety I have. - And waking up early lead to a better healthier lifestyle , been able to treat my body and mental state, allowing me to pursue healthier habits, even though that's not is as often as other things, haha. - With this extra time in the morning , I've been working on studying and employing my knowledge to personal projects (like https://hirebrain.ai) and improve my understanding on topics I'm highly interested in.     There are many things you can do to increase your productivity. Start small. Reading a book on time management or productivity is a good idea. You can say do 15 minutes of exercise every day. And you will see a difference in a week itself.
