Definitely a balancing act! We try to prioritize user feedback that aligns with our core product vision. If multiple users are asking for something that fits our goals, we'll work it into the roadmap. For one-off requests that deviate from the vision, we'll often put those in a 'future ideas' backlog to revisit later if they start to gain more traction. The key is frequent communication with users to really understand their needs, while still staying true to your fundamental product principles. Not always easy but essential for building something people love!

Feedbacks should be taken after the Beta launch of the product.
Wow, that’s impressive
That's amazingly informative
Incorporate user feedback by aligning it with your core vision through structured analysis and prioritization, ensuring changes enhance rather than derail your product's fundamental goals. Regularly revisit your vision to keep adjustments focused and relevant.
