We use tools for text generation. 
Image generation we do completely virgin and by hand. 
Tested both and hand made content always outperformed for us. (e.g. low fidelity ads --> seem counter intuitive but work pretty well on IG...no image/video generation software would do that (or at least in an appealing way).
