I truly believe in power of documenting, I personally document everything before starting my day at work. It helps me in organising and prioritising things better.
What about you? And how it helps you?

I believe that documenting is a powerful tool for staying organized and productive. Writing down tasks, deadlines, and ideas can help you prioritize and manage your workload more effectively. It's also useful for keeping track of progress and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. To stay organized, I recommend using a task management system or to-do list, scheduling time for important tasks, and breaking down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks. Additionally, keeping your workspace tidy and free of clutter can also help improve focus and productivity.

@kseniya_avtukhovich Thank you so much for your valuable tips!🤩 Can you share some tools that you use for this purpose?
@vaishali_rastogi It can be just your notes, for example app "things", or it can be any to-do list, trello, etc. I'd say, that it's better to try several tools, so you can understand what suits you better for your specific tasks :)

Yes, I prefer to document everything.

It does really help, yet it does take a lot of time also.
For this reason I actually started using Timesheet myself [https://timesheet.technuf.com/] - keeping there major tasks and links to the documents and presentation to have all in one place, and securely stored.
What tools if any are you using @vaishali_rastogi?

@technufllc Certainly, I am a staunch supporter of Notion! Its practicality and intuitive interface make it an absolute game-changer in my productivity toolkit.
My life revolves around documentation! I definitely benefit from it when it comes to staying organized and prioritizing my tasks. Besides, it's always nice to cross things off my to-do list once they're completed. https://www.wearstify.com

I try to save everything in folders, whether its related to work, personal or university. It's a bit hard to maintain but it's really easy to find stuff that way.
I’ve not documented all my entrepreneurial journey but just starting and strongly believe in the power of documenting

@devezehugo Good luck to you! You’ll start realising how much impact it can have to declutter everything!👍
I agree with you very very much. Documentation helps prioritize work. It is also essential to solve many tasks within a set time.

Calendar and notes!
For sure. The biggest lie we often tell ourselves is "Ah, I'll remember that" 😂
I use Notion for my purpose but I realised that I haven't yet unlocked even half of its potential! Pretty cool
I'm all about that documentation life! It definitely helps me stay on top of things and prioritize my tasks. Plus, it's always a great feeling to check things off my to-do list once they're done.
