accept it :) I learned sth interesting just yesterday from Mark Manson: “Wanting positive experience is a negative experience; accepting negative experience is a
positive experience.”
Physical activity is a great stress reliever. Whether it's a brisk walk, a run, or a workout, exercise can release endorphins, which are natural mood lifters.

There are a few things I do to manage stress in my lifestyle. One is practicing mindfulness meditation, which helps me stay present and focused. Another is making sure to take breaks throughout the day to stretch and move my body. And finally, I try to prioritize self-care activities like reading, taking a bath, or spending time with loved ones.
dedicate about 2hrs very early in the day to workout & unplug

In this case I usually walk in the park, reading a book, listen calm music etc.

@alexanderptitsyn Solid stress-busting lineup! 🚶♂️📚🎶 Walking in the park, diving into a good book, and soaking in calm music—sounds like a perfect trio. Nature, knowledge, and tunes, the ultimate stress-beaters. Cheers to finding that zen! 🌳
I tackle stress by hitting the gym, taking a few quiet moments for mindfulness each day, and getting outdoors as much as I can – it really does wonders for the mind and body!

When I am trying to relax and forget about my responsibilities, my stress level increases even more because I working on them :) => "stresslaxing" :)
I go for a walk with my dog twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Sometimes I play Pokemon Go during my walks (if you know any Pokemon Go players, please be a friend with me). You may be surprised to know that Japan is a very safe country, so I rarely have to worry about walking outside late at night.
On the weekends, I spend about 3 hours each Saturday and Sunday working out at the gym or going hiking!
when I get stressed, I imagine how big the universe is and that my stress doesn't matter, and somehow it slowly disappears.

@melissa_garcia6 superb answer. Too many people feel trapped doing what they can do instead of finding and doing what they love.
