How do you manage your team?

We have our own application where everyone performs their task, and I see it and can make decisions.

1. Clear goals+Roles. 2. Constant communication. 1:1s 3. Psych Safety. Reward collaboration. Blamelessness. No punish on failure. 4. Challenging yet achievable goals. Question for anyone who read this: By nature I'm agreeable and avoid conflict. It's hard for me to be "tough/firm" when perusing a goal as a team. How do you manage that communication? How do you share the importance of "getting things done"?

I strive to manage my team with a combination of effective communication, active listening, and providing support and guidance. I believe in fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone's ideas are valued. Regular check-ins, setting clear goals, and recognizing individual strengths are some approaches I employ to ensure team success.
