    I have been working as an intern while being a full-time student. I often find myself unable to manage them both and become heavily disorganised. It will be super helpful for everyone if you know about ways or tools to work.

    I use a professional tool to manage time and business activities during my work day. GanttPRO (https://ganttpro.com/) is a platform based on an intuitive online Gantt chart. It helps me in planning work, tracking tasks, setting deadlines, and collaborating with colleagues. You can use it for software development, construction, healthcare, events, human resources, and other spheres and industries.

    Hey, as a student currently on a co-op term and soon to be full time student again while starting a business on the side, here's some things I do to help with time management: - Set up plans for the next day every day in Google calender. One method I've found to keeping to your schedule is not to do it too far into the future. So it's quite important to only do it one day in advance and to add/remove tasks as you see fit. - Try to shave off time doing simple tasks. For example, be aware how much time you're spending doing required tasks that aren't work like eating, going to the washroom, and just moving from place to place. I remember simply not going on my phone when I'm on the toilet helped halve the time I spent there. Same with being conscious how fast it takes you to eat and choosing to eat faster. Think of all this like speedrunning. - Tying in to my last point, start recording how much time it takes for you to do certain tasks, even if they're important ones like work. Then find ways to reduce this time without compromising quality. To give an example, by simply reducing the number of clicks I made doing a task at work, I managed to reduce the time I spent doing that task by 15%. The most important part is to keep a habit of using the calendar and planning. With such a busy schedule, you need to keep a strict tab on the time you spend. Good luck with your endeavors!
