Hey Product Hunt Community! 👋 I hope you’re all doing great. I wanted to chat about something we all deal with daily—managing time and tasks. It’s always a bit of a juggling act, right? We all have our tricks and tools, but there’s always something new to learn from each other. How do you all manage your time and tasks? Personally, I try to prioritize my tasks each morning, but it doesn’t always go as planned. Sometimes, I use time blocks to keep myself on track, but I’m curious how others handle it. Do you have any go-to methods for staying focused? Do you take regular breaks, or do you power through? And what about the tools—are there any apps or systems that you find indispensable? I’ve heard great things about the Pomodoro Technique for breaks, and apps like Todoist and Trello for organization, but I’d love to hear what works best for you. Let’s share our experiences and tips. Maybe we can all pick up a new trick or two to make our days a little more manageable. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

Allocate tasks to specific time slots: Time-blocking is an efficient method of assigning tasks to specific time slots on your daily calendar. This is simply setting aside a particular period for a particular task. Time-blocking is superior to to-do lists because they don’t account for time. Open up to 2-3 hours for meetings per day, for internal and external communications. Schedule time for lunch and lock it, several breaks to walk out. Several time slots for intensive work, like coding, learning etc. This works for me as a founder to keep a daily routine and progress.
