How do you market your newsletter / increase your audience?

Linkedin and Tiktok are far and away the most generous algos right now for thought leadership content. If you have meaningful insight and things to say, start posting regularly and build an audience first. Once your message is resonating and people are paying attention, then start to drip the newsletter sign-up calls to action into your content every once in a while. Then I would create a higher value piece of content. A guide, a template, a worksheet, a mini-course, etc. and share that with your community, but collect an email sub to get access. Rinse and repeat.
