all feedbacks go to a repository where we can tag them based on predefined criteria. we tag them every month. this help a lot to analyse areas of the product that need improvement based on qualitative and quantitative insights. To start with you can use a Notion table. Add an automation to add them to this table from all your feedback sources (slack, form,...)

@ulysse_armengaud thank you! I guess you sort the urgency based on how much people ask for the change right?

@sam_duc not exactly. Number of feedbacks on a topic is used to add this topic in the product "radar". Then I prioritize the topics that have been added to the radar based on various criteria such as % of users impacted, severity of the impact, effort required,...

There are two ways we gain feedback. The inbound way: We have a support channel on our Discord server for our users. We gain feedback by tracking recurring problems we have to help troubleshoot. The outbound way: Sometimes we reach out to people to give thorough feedback on our platform. These are people who have experience with the technologies our platform interacts with, or falls into the category of our user persona. The output of this review process is a huge a** document, which we, as a team, review, discuss and make changes based on the feedback.
