    Actually, I'm in between planning and not planning. Lol! But, one thing that I really use is Google Calendar - for work. And of course my actual Calendar at home - for personal activities 🤣

    I'm using ora.pm It allows to combine several trello board together. I have trello bard for work task and some for personal milestone. I can easily display all tasks on a single timeline.
    I look at my main objectives and do those. The rest I leave to our team at "minite - On Demand" app (launching soon) This might look like I'm plugging, but I'm not. That's really how I go about my day.

    I'd say, a Gantt chart is a great tool to manage daily tasks. The tools based on the diagram like GanttPRO are used for project management to visualize and track tasks over a longer period. The tool is also often used as a daily task manager. A Gantt chart also provides powerful features for planning and tracking projects of any complexity.
