I focus on the tasks that will have the biggest impact and tackle those first. It helps cut through the noise.

When everything feels urgent, I prioritize by assessing both impact and deadlines. I focus on urgent and important tasks, tackle those with the closest deadlines first, and aim to address the ones that have the biggest impact on my goals. If possible, I delegate or break larger tasks into smaller steps to make them more manageable.

When everything feels urgent, I prioritize like a DJ mixing tracks—whichever task is making the most noise gets played first!
