(I haven't come up with anything better. The only way to wake me up is to have training. It doesn't work long-term, of course, because you exhaust your body.)

After a short sleep and a long workday, I recharge by focusing on small but effective actions. Staying hydrated, having a healthy snack, and stepping outside for fresh air or a quick walk really help. A short stretch or light exercise can also do wonders to shake off the fatigue. If I can, I’ll take a few moments to rest my mind with a quick meditation or power nap. It’s all about giving my body and mind the respect they need to serve me better, especially after a busy day. And If I'm still feeling tired after trying everything else, I simply go to sleep. It's the only way to recharge my body when nothing else seems to work. 😌
