How do you schedule meeting times?

I'm still scheduling a lot of meeting manually, and while this might be inefficient, I haven't felt the need to automate it quite yet.
Do you manually create your schedule or have you automated this process? If so, what tools do you use?

Yup, I just create google meets manually and send requests to others. I also use my phone's calendar app. Works fine for me!
Btw, we’re launching in late May. Check out our upcoming PH page: www.producthunt.com/upcoming/eff...
Our project is called: Effecto. It’s an app for detailed habits, health, symptoms, and meds tracking. Pretty much for everything that is related to your physical or mental health and every daily factor that can affect you.

I make use of the calendar feature in Spark Inbox to have everything in one place as far as scheduling so far still manually, am keen to hear what others will share. @kathryn_leslie1 Nook Calendar looks like a good option as well, thanks for sharing 👍
definitely manual here, I think this would be something to look into as I have done way more than 3 separate times, which is the going colloquial standard for whether you should automate a task or not. Is there a tool that does this?
Free Teamcal Ai App for Zoom
@dylan_merideth Hi Dylan. If you're on the lookout for new alternatives to traditional calendar booking -> Scheduling tools/software can help out and improve efficiency + save time/effort.
Scheduling tools can allow you to share your meeting availability (for example, via a meeting link page that shows your available meeting times) and let others schedule meetings with you based on on your meeting availability, thereby reducing or eliminating the need for back-and-forth emails/phone calls/messages.
Teamcal Ai is an option for scheduling meetings across teams, externals, and timezones. It allows you to sync an existing Google or Outlook calendar. If you're interested in learning more, feel free to check out the Teamcal Ai website at teamcal.ai
Nook Calendar
I still manage my schedule manually (for the most part). But I use Nook Calendar to quickly see the availability of my colleagues when booking meetings and our proposal feature when coordinating time with external folks.
@kathryn_leslie1 Thanks for sharing, I'm always happy to learn about new alternatives to traditional calendar booking.
I still create everything manually on Google Meet or Zoom. It's easy and quickly. Best tip is to decrease the number of unuseful meetings instead of increasing number of tools to schedule ahah!
@ludovico_petrali I like this advice, much appreciated! I'm seeing more people schedule manually than I expected. I'm not alone!
