Huge, tectonic shifts—like when computers replaced typewriters in offices. Many roles will be wiped out, and others will be reduced to a smaller number. Some new roles will be created, but not enough to satisfy everyone, as AI is about the optimization of work. These new roles will mostly be in Big Tech, which will dominate the industry even more than it does nowadays.

AI is undoubtedly set to impact jobs in the future, but it doesn't mean people will lose their jobs. Instead, AI will streamline processes by reducing repetitive tasks, saving time. It's essential for individuals to upskill and learn to work with AI, leveraging its capabilities to handle data and enable smoother execution.

I think AI in 2025 will have a big impact on jobs. It will take over repetitive tasks, like data entry or basic customer support, making these roles less common. But at the same time, it will create new opportunities in areas like AI management, data analysis, and creative tech roles. People will need to learn new skills to stay relevant. Overall, AI won’t just replace jobs—it will change the way we work and open doors to different career paths.

@avnish_sharma1 Hoping that doesn't entirely replace them, and I think if people keep on upskilling themselves, they won't be left behind
