    How do you track and manage SaaS expenses in your startup and small teams?

    We use Xero. Worth every cent. Most of it is automated.

    @sven_radavics Hi Sven, other than automation, what other benefits do you get from Xero? also can you tell me what automation you're using? billing? or registering? I just checked their website but I was just curious about the benefits from a user's perspective.

    @imjohnkoo we have a SaaS, so it's a subscription model. All the transactions get automatically added where they should. It integrates with our Credit Card provider and our main bank account. We also subscribe to a lot of Saas so all that is automated as well. So after setting up, I don't need to touch 99% of our financial transactions.
