    I've personally had success with live chat on our website, as it allows for immediate assistance. Additionally, social media channels like Twitter and Facebook have been great for addressing customer inquiries publicly. Would love to hear what strategies others have found successful!

    Still people use emails aur chatbots.

    Mostly, clients use emails to reach out. But our website also has an enquiry page for new visitors and a user query page for customers to reach out in case they need assistance.
