How long did you take to get your first product out for testers?

Well it was just last year around January, but it was months of development before that 👌

We spent about six months developing the product before we handed it over to the testers.

It took us about six months from ideation to rolling out the first version for beta testers, Rayan. The key was to focus on core functionalities to get early, actionable feedback without over-polishing.
