How many hours do you spend on emails?

How many hours do you spend on crafting emails + replying to work messages everyday? How many hours do you spend on tracking project progress and follow-ups everyday? I personally spend 2 hours on emails & messages, another 1 hour on project tracking. But maybe 1-2 hours joggling around tasks and wasted. Wonder if there's any good AI or SaaS tools to reduce the time spent on the above tasks?

30 min to 1 hour, depending on how many emails I get from people.

Not to much. Maybe up to 15 or 30 minutes. But spending time on social media is a huge problem :D

I find that I use chat more often these days. As for emails, I probably spend around 1 to 2 hours on them every day. It can be quite time-consuming, but I'm always on the lookout for ways to make it more efficient. Maybe I should explore some of those AI or SaaS tools mentioned to see if they can help me manage my email time better and free up some of my day for other tasks. Need AI Assistant with long-term memory!😌

At least two hours per day for emails and tracking. Too many messages and projects are happening at the same time. Unfortunately I still didn't find a smart and trustful tool for these tasks. Perhaps because these tasks are too complicated to be dealt with by AI.

I spend about 1 hours each day crafting emails and replying to work messages, and another hour on tracking project progress and follow-ups. May be you can try Flowrite, An AI writing assistant that helps draft emails and messages quickly.

I spend at least an hour a day dealing with emails and work messages. After work every day, I will spend about half an hour to summarize the work content, so that I can grasp the detailed progress and matters.
