How many team members do you have in your SaaS team?

We are 6 (including founders) + 1 intern. Too small?

We're a team of 3 engineers, 1 designer, and 2 founders, so very similar size! I think that's a good starting point, and you can always scale up as needed once you gain traction. The key is having strong collaboration and making sure everyone is wearing multiple hats in the early stages. An intern or two can help a lot too for things like QA, content, etc. without adding too much cost. Don't worry, you've got this! 💪
