Finding the right balance is key. AI should enhance human capabilities without overshadowing the creativity and critical thinking that make us unique.

Having too much AI is like having too many tabs open - it can slow things down and make a mess, but when managed wisely, it can work wonders!

No metric system invested yet to measure this. But, I suppose, if you're using AI for any part of your work and it feels like it's helping you + it's not degrading the quality of your work + you're using the saved time and resources into something useful >> I'd say, that much AI is good.
1 unit beyond that, NO.
I think it's more about the quality of output. No amount of AI is too much if you manage it well & keep evolving your role as a user to not make it product generic, boring & sub-par results.

Let's take an example: In healthcare, AI can assist doctors by analyzing medical images quickly and accurately, but a human doctor should make the final diagnosis to ensure nuanced judgment and empathy. AI can automate repetitive tasks in the workplace, allowing employees to focus on creative work, but over-complete reliance on AI could lead to different results..
The key is to use AI as a tool that complements human abilities. Ethical guidelines and human oversight are essential to ensure AI benefits society without undermining human values. Balancing AI's efficiency with human judgment is important though...

I think ultimately it is the hyper dependence on AI that hampers. AI makes everything extremely convenient, but once you get used to say creating things, like writing for example with AI, you could get used to it, so much that it becomes too difficult to ideate without the assistance of AI.
