How much do you find yourself dependent on AI in your work?

Not at all. I am trying to rely on myself and use it only when I need to extend my existing answers or to see another angle of view.

I’m not very dependent on AI, but when I use my product, I always use it because it’s convenient.

I often use it to summarize long sentences or when I need a set form.

Terribly strong! I’m too lazy to write and structure large texts, I record audio in telegram, transcribe it into text and then structure it into a report or task via GPT

Rarely, but my coworkers use it more often, especially the marketing department.
