How much do you use AI software like Cody or ChatGPT to solve your problems in developing?

Since ChatGPT was released, the world changed. As a developer, sometimes I use AI when I stuck on a problem, but I try not to be addicted to it. I'm worrying to lose the ability of solving problems and gain experience. Feel free to share your opinion.
