  • How much time do you take out of each week for self improvement?

    I would say 3-4 hours a week on average. But it really depends on the context. What i learned, is that to learn effectively you need a clear understanding how you would apply new knowledge / skill. So, some weeks i dont face anything that give me this clear understanding. For example a problem that requires a new knowledge to overcome. In that case - i dont self improve. And i think long term its the case for most people. Few people are so disciplined to self impove without a clear pushing factor (and its absolutely normal!)

    I don't look at self improvement as a separate task to be finished off. I incorporate it as a goal in whatever I do. Whether it be working, riding my motorcycle or making coffee. I aim to get better at every activity I am doing. So you could say I do not take any time out for self improvement. :)
