How often do you write changelogs?

I've been posting updates on the homepage about what's new in our service, but I'm not sure how often I should do it.

Once a week or only when important features are added?

What about you guys?

I think instead of the homepage, you can have a different page as "product updates," "changelog," "updates," "release notes," or "product releases." And use a tool that auto-updates the page whenever you release product updates.
