Hey everyone!
I believe that building partnerships is essential for any startup and making a successful partnership is one of the best things you can do for your startup.
How do you usully find partners? Any tips? Maybe some tools for searching that you can recommend?

StartUpSchool is a great community - haven't used it but I hear good things about their co-founder matching tool: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
Also, as a female indie maker I highly suggest elpha, it's a lovely community. https://www.producthunt.com/post...

I think finding someone that you can work and build something with is not possible if you don't know people or involved in communities.
You can't find correct person right on the time when you need her/him. Joining communities, making connections, meeting with new people are important for future.
If know people and keeping touch with them, probably you start building something with somebody from beginning.
Also, you can check Y Combinator's co-founder match.
This is when I usually need something done, and I can't do it alone! I get to find people online, such as a Freelancer or someone you met online with those skills. I just ask kindly if they could make it by sharing the struggle I am going through and would pay for it. It did happen where they just find our conversation interesting enough and just kindly help me out. Two of them are not like my partners. More like contractors but they always go beyond what I ask. If lucky, someday they could be full-time partners. Just start small, find people who can help you out just time to time because they really like what you do!
I just try to visit Hustle Fund, maybe you can try it.
